Sometimes, we teach intentionally while other times our actions teach something quite unintentionally. EVERY great teacher (and parent!) has 7 traits. Participants will learn what those 7 traits are and how to develop them in themselves.
- Parenting in a High Tech WorldBoy, has the world changed! Today, information is available to our children through many high tech devices. In fact, all kinds of information is available through a smartphone! It is important for parents to be aware of the many modes for disseminating information, the impact of much of the available information, and how to monitor and limit their child’s exposure to inappropriate information.
- Disccccipline is Spelled With Four CsTraining a child to be well disciplined is possible! It happens when a parent / teacher consistently uses effective disciplinary techniques, coupled with proper boundaries, and underpinned by love. While attending this presentation, parents / teachers will learn the four components of effective discipline and how to incorporate them into their interactions with their children.
